Authors are advised to submit full papers via email to the Managing Editor of JEHRD through this email address: jehrd@slsuonline.edu.ph. The JEHRD management will notify the author and will be advised to log in the online journal system of the JEHRD.

Submission of paper is understood to mean that it is original, not published in other publications, and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. Journal shopping, publication of fraudulent data and other unethical practices will be grounds for retraction of an article published in the JEHRD. Violators will be required to refund the expenses incurred in the processing the paper. The JEHRD and SLSU shall not be held responsible for any infringement related to publication of unoriginal and fraudulent articles submitted by the authors.
